“A Journey to Peace”
Oh man, just move on,
The present is fleeting, life’s journey goes on.
Give up weakness, embrace your inner sweetness,
Time brings success, and sorrow won’t last long.
No need for judgment, chart your own path,
Live and let live, give and let give.
Sow seeds of goodness, and reap the best you’ve sown,
Have faith in God, and love both good and wrong.
Nature is fruitful, let evils be overthrown,
Thank the good ones, apologize for wrongs done.
Life will be cheerful, peace will carry on,
Spread friendship, culture, and blessings all along.
No envy, no hatred, let enmity be withdrawn,
Build a life that’s social, spiritual, and strong.
Rise above all, let darkness be overthrown,
Life’s but a dew drop, and soon it will be gone.
This poem is actually written by my Grandfather. He has such great insights about nature. He is a true believer of God and nature. Finding his own space in this immense universe and writing something about it is always his escape to modern lifestyles and worries.
I just polished this a bit to make this one presentable!
I hope you all will like this poem and live the pleasure feeling connected to nature.
